Head of Formula One Paddock Club™

 

For the last 16 of her 18 year career in Formula 1®, Isabelle Kaufmann was in charge of the world famous Formula One Paddock Club™ run by Allsport Management for the FIA Formula One World Championship.

 

She was instrumental in enhancing the global reputation of the Formula One Paddock Club™ as the pinnacle of sporting and event hospitality.

 

The Paddock Club™ used to welcome some 70'000 VIP guests annually during FIA Formula One World Championship race weekends in 17 different world-class venues around the globe. Annual turnover was tens of millions.

She developed business plans for each event, including marketing, promotion and sales and acted as key contact for heads of state, VIPs, celebrities and dignitaries and liaised with government officials, promoters and suppliers.

 

She achieved increased revenue of 37.5% from 2009 to 2011, and gained recognition of the Paddock Club™ as the pinnacle of sporting event hospitality, worldwide.
